Due to an increase in support issues, we have to change the way we are contacted because we DO NOT want to miss your request. We get requests from texts, emails, tickets, & chats and it causes us to lose focus on what we are currently working on.
Please create a ticket and we will initiate a chat with you once we are ready to log into your computer and begin working on your issue.

This is the easiest way to create a ticket. Just send an email & we'll be alerted as soon as it comes in.

Please put a descriptive subject in email
Please describe your issue in detail, it'll cut down on the back & forth on information gathering.
Example
(GOOD) - My email isn't receiving new emails. It started yesterday after I changed my password.
(BAD) - My email doesn't work.
