New Support Request Procedures

Due to an increase in support issues, we have to  change the way we are contacted because we DO NOT want to miss your request.  We get requests from texts, emails, tickets, & chats and it causes us to lose focus on what we are currently working on.   

Please create a ticket and we will initiate a chat with you once we are ready to log into your computer and begin working on your issue.
