IT Services Rate Card

Standard Support Rates (Business Hours)
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
- Managed Services Clients: $150/hour
- Billed in 15-minute increments
- Priority response based on service level agreement
- Non-Contract Clients: $225/hour
- Subject to minimum billing requirements (see below)
- Service provided on a best-effort basis (no guaranteed response times)
After-Hours & Holiday Rates
- After Hours: 1.5× standard hourly rate
- Holidays: 2× standard hourly rate

Onsite & Remote Support
Onsite Support
- Managed Services Clients:
- 1-hour minimum
- Additional time billed in 15-minute increments
- Non-Contract Clients:
- 2-hour minimum
- Additional time billed in 30-minute increments
Remote Support (Managed Services Clients)
- Billed at $150/hour
- Time billed in 15-minute increments
- Priority response based on service level
- Services may be included or discounted if explicitly defined in a service agreement or addendum
Remote Support (Non-Contract Clients)
- Billed at $225/hour
- 1-hour minimum
- Additional time billed in 15-minute increments
- Service provided on a best-effort basis
Billing & Service Terms
- All support time is tracked and billed from the start of work through resolution, including troubleshooting, remediation, and documentation
- Rates apply unless otherwise defined in a service agreement or addendum
- By requesting or authorizing services, clients agree to Fortify Technology Solutions’ current Rate Card and applicable Terms of Service
